A: Yes, it is possible. Many of our cast stone fountains are available in different finishes. Please note that exact color matching is impossible. A: Fountains are easy to install and simple instructions are included with the fountain. The number of people you'll need to help you install your fountain depends on the size of your fountain. Some of the pieces for the larger fountains can be heavy. Once you've selected a site for your fountain, make sure that the area you've selected is level. It is best to place your fountain on pavers or concrete to avoid settling. Then, simply follow the instructions to set up your fountain and pump. The pump is included with your fountain purchase.
Q: I would like a sizeable ornamental piece that doesn’t get lost in my garden. How can I tell how big the piece will be?
A: It is important that when you’re shopping for that special piece for your garden, you carefully check the dimensions of each product to ensure that it is a size that works well for you. For each product, we include the dimensions of the product, as well as the weight, in the product description.
Q: I ordered a fountain and I am anxious to receive it. Why does the shipping take so long?
A: Because of the many finishes that the cast stone products come in, it is impossible to fill a warehouse with all the different products in each finish, so the piece you order is not made until our manufacturer receives your order. All products are shipped as soon as they are completed by the manufacturer.

A: All products are packaged with the utmost care in order to ensure that damage does not occur while shipping. For larger pieces, the most efficient and reliable motor freight carriers are selected. Delivery times and notifications are the responsibility of the delivering carrier. In most cases, you will be contacted directly by the trucking or freight company to make delivery arrangements. Please make sure that you carefully check your product upon accepting delivery.
